Warranty Policy

Limited 1 Year Warranty

  • What is covered: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product.
  • What is not covered: This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • How long does this coverage last: This limited warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of this product.
  • At the discretion of Ostabelt, Ostabelt will provide a replacement product to be shipped directly to the customer or the reseller. The customer is entitled to one replacement per unit purchased throughout the 1-year warranty period.
  • The original belt must to be shipped to Ostabelt or brought to the original medical supply store before a new Ostabelt is shipped out. The customer will prepay the shipping if required to our location in Calgary, AB, Canada.
  • In order to claim your limited warranty, you must possess the original dated receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized Ostabelt reseller. If this product is returned under this limited warranty, an original dated receipt is required, before the new belt is shipped and the warranty claim is approved. Please call 1-800-494-0840 or email to file a claim.
  • Other conditions: This limited warranty is void if:

    1. This product is not purchased from an authorized Ostabelt reseller
    2. You do not have a original dated receipt
    3. Ostabelt reserves full right to reject the claim of a replacement if the claim does not comply with the warranty policy as explained in this document.
